This page explains what we keep when you use the site or write to us, why we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you send a message or ask about a commission, we keep what you have typed: your name, your email address and the details of your request.
The site also records ordinary technical information, such as the type of browser used and the pages opened, so we can tell what is slow or broken.
Chat messages and recipe notes are kept while we're helping you and for a short time after. Records of your recipe orders or custom catch requests stay longer, in case we need to refer back to them.
We do not sell your details. Information is shared only with the services that help us run the site and kitchen, and only what they need to do their job.
Access is limited to the people who need it, and anything sent through this site travels over an encrypted connection.
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it removed. Write to us and we will confirm once it is done.
The site sets a small number of cookies. Which ones, and how to switch them off, is set out separately.
